New Zealand Universities Women in Leadership (NZUWiL) - Diversity in leadership, promoting better sector performance

The New Zealand Universities Women in Leadership (NZUWiL) programme booklet, Diversity in leadership, promoting better sector performance, was commissioned by the 2015 NZUWiL Steering Group.

The booklet traces the rationale for and founding of the programme, and its development over the past eight years since its inception in 2007.  It showcases the success factors of the programme and its themes through interviews with a number of the now 300 plus alumni.  Key quotes from alumni are featured in the booklet, highlighting the impact the programme has had on their leadership journeys.

It also contains information about the NZUWiL programme structure, funding, and stakeholder engagement, including the selection process.
